What is your typical engagement model?
Most engagements start with a paid Discovery phase (2–4 weeks, $15k–$25k). This produces a technical specification, architecture, and phased estimate. From there, we work in fixed-scope phases with weekly demos. Ongoing support retainers available post-launch.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. We have built MVPs for funded startups and helped scale SaaS platforms from 0 to 10k+ users. We adjust process and pricing for early-stage companies—fixed-price MVP phases, equity arrangements on occasion.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We audit the codebase, infrastructure, and team processes. We deliver a remediation plan with risk assessment. We can stabilize, refactor, or rebuild—incrementally or from scratch depending on technical debt severity.
What is your team structure?
Senior-led. Every project has a Technical Lead (10+ years exp) as primary contact. Team typically: 1 Tech Lead, 1–2 Senior Engineers, 1 Designer (if UI/UX needed), 1 QA/DevOps (shared). No junior developers on client-facing work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA available. We are comfortable with your template or ours. No IP transfer until final payment—standard in our MSA.
What is your availability?
We maintain 20% capacity buffer for new engagements. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks from signed MSA to kickoff. Discovery can start sooner with a Letter of Intent.
